A floor that improves your well-being

When we travel, we often do not pay attention to it. However, our subconscious works.

At airports, carpet flooring is preferred as a type of flooring, pleasant to the touch and comfortable to use. Seemingly not very practical solution (carpet is more difficult to keep clean compared to, for example, PVC tiles) – in practice, it pays off.

Based on the research of scientists, architects and interior decorators, they design the interior of airports by adding elements that improve the mood before the journey, such as: plants, lower ceilings and warm lighting – and also a popular carpet. Warm colors, softness and comfort under the foot, act on the passengers soothingly and calmingly. Reducing the stress level has a positive effect on the well-being of passagers before the flight.

According to the portal fly4free.pl contact with such surface and consequently a better mood of travelers directly transform into profit from sales – in places arranged this way, where customers are less affected by travel, a 7% increase in sales was observed around the airport and 10% more in duty-free zones.

In one word – profit.
